Photoresist
Photoresists are
light-sensitive plastic resin solutions used in the photolithographic
manufacture of semiconductor materials. They are universally of two types,
positive resists and negative resists, both of which consist of a polymer,
photosensitizer, non-aqueous solvent, and various other chemicals.
